Terms & Conditions Orion Stars — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Malaysian Player

Orion Stars reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If Orion Stars detects activity that violates these terms, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately while an investigation is carried out. In proven cases of fraud, all account balances may be confiscated and the account permanently closed.

Players Orion Stars may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account has successfully completed KYC verification
• No gaming activity currently under investigation at the time of the request
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit

The following rules apply to Sports Betting:

• All bets accepted before the start of a match will be settled at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed
• If a sporting event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes returned
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting bet outcomes, Orion Stars reserves the right to review and make a final decision based on valid system records
• Displayed odds are live and subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by a third-party body. Orion Stars does not interfere with game outcomes generated by the audited RNG.

In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or winning payouts, Orion Stars reserves the right to void any affected rounds or sessions and refund the original stakes. No additional compensation will be provided for system errors.

In the event of an account suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a violation is established, Orion Stars reserves the right to confiscate any balances associated with fraudulent activity.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support@orionstars.best. Requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid account balance will be returned to the registered account or e-wallet.

All content on the platform Orion Stars — including the trademark name, logo, interface design, text, images, graphics, software code, and navigation structure — are the exclusive property of Orion Stars or our authorised licensing provider.

Players are not permitted to:
